The Burlington Township Police Department and the Burlington Township School District have developed a great relationship that allows the police department to have an active role in our community’s children.  Officer George Bogda is the School Resource Officer assigned to the High School and Officer Floyd Hazzard is the SRO assigned to the Middle School.

Officer Bogda and Officer Hazzard work together to handle any situation that involves the school district.  They have the ability to speak with the children, parents and staff of the school district in a way that keeps everyone involved in the justice system.  They are also trained to present classes with law enforcement related topics or current events as guest speakers.  They work closely with the administration and staff of the schools to act in the best interest of the students and to keep the school a safe learning environment for our youth.

Officer Bogda may be contacted via e-mail (gbogda@burltwpsch.org or gbogda#50@burltwppd.com) or telephone (609-387-1713 ext. 1140).

Officeer Hazzard may be contacted via e-mail (fhazzard@burltwpsch.org)
