(Posted 3-28-11) Attention Parents of 6th Grade Students: Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:57-4, the following changes to the Immunization Code will be effective September 1, 2008. Students born after January 1, 1997, and entering grade 6 in September 2008, are now required to have one booster dose of Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertusis (Tdap) Vaccine and one dose of Meningoccal Vaccine. Contact your child's primary health care provider to schedule these vaccintions. Please call the School Nurse's office at 699-4021 with any questions or concerns. Due by 9-15-10 (Posted 9-15-10)
