The Child Study Team includes specialists who provide consultive, evaluative and prescriptive services to teachers and parents in order to benefit the students.  The CST, together with the school principals and Intervention Referral Services Committee (IR&S) make recommendations for modifications, programs and placements which will best address the needs of the students who are experiencing school-related problems.  Furthermore, each CST member is assigned a caseload of students to oversee the implementation of their Individualized Education Plan.
